Larger projects can be at a "fixed price", provided enough information is forwarded about the Event. The different rates reflect the amount of expertise and eqipment required for production of the material. The category allocation will be negotiated at the time of estimate or quotation. An event may have different categories at various stages. All other AV, Lighting, Sound, Mechanical equipment and services will be quoted event by event.

Graphics. Scanning and/or processing of photographs, slides, or files in electronic format, creation of PowerPoint or Scala shows. Operation of single (up to 4 input) video mixer including cameras, video tape, and scan-converted PC signals, with one output to tape or projector/s. Creation of material for, and operation of, Pani Projectors.
AVID Digital Editing. Digitising, editing (simple cut or dissolve), recording, standards checking to broadcast quality, addition of simple graphics, and conversion to Quicktime, using the Avid Suite. Operation of multiple mixers with different destinations (ie separate mixes for projection and video tape).
AVID Digital Editing. Digitising, editing (including special effects - Boris FX), recording, standards checking to broadcast quality, keying of graphics, flash frames, digital cut to broadcast timecode formats, and conversion to Quicktime, of video material using Avid Suite. Consultation on AV systems including video and RF distribution. Operating large events. Multi-camera calling, switching. and multiple mixers with different destinations (i.e. separate simultaneous mixes for projection and video tape).
